Description
The replacement 2.4-liter V6 is rebuilt in 2013 with new main and connecting rod bearings as well as new pistons, valves, valve guides, a timing chain, and sprockets. The engine block has been drilled and honed at that time.
The Pininfarina-styled Dino Spider debuted at the Turin Motor Show in October 1966, and the 2400 model was unveiled in October 1969. This example was repainted in its factory silver under previous ownership and features a black soft top, a dual-exit exhaust, chrome bumpers and side trim, a retractable antenna, a driver-side mirror, Fiat Dino fender badges, clear side marker lenses, and quad headlights and taillights. A removable hardtop is included in the sale.
The 14″ Cromodora wheels wear Fiat center caps and are mounted with 205/70 Fulda Carat Assuro tires. A matching spare wheel with an older radial tire is mounted in the trunk.
